A Special Price for Au Pairs and Students

Taalthuis warm-heartedly welcomes you as an Au Pair or an International Student! If you want to learn dutch for au pairs and discover more about the country you have (temporarily) made your home, we offer a 5% discount on the course fee for all regular courses. (Note: If you register as a student, you must be registered at a Dutch institute of education).
Our dutch courses for au pairs offer a challenging and fun way to learn the language while getting to know other young people. Together with dutch au pairs and students who share similar goals, you will be able to learn Dutch, make new friends, and share experiences during enjoyable lessons.

Different Levels to Match Your Goals

We offer several course levels tailored to your background:

Special Introduction Course: A dynamic course designed especially for au pairs, international students, and high school students aged 15 and up. Improve your Dutch, build confidence in speaking through interactive activities, and gain real insight into everyday life in the Netherlands. Includes access to our online culture module!

Beginners Basic Course: The best choice if you are starting from scratch. While it takes effort to grasp the foundations of the Dutch language, it builds a solid and rewarding base.

Beginners Plus Course: An even more challenging, fast-paced course designed exclusively for participants who are native speakers of German or Afrikaans, or for students who already speak basic Dutch.

Interactive E-learning & Culture

If you are enrolled in an Introduction, Beginners, or Intermediate course, you gain full access to our e-learning platform to do online exercises, listen to vocabulary and songs, and study grammar.
Enhance your studies with our specialized add-ons:

• Preparation Course: Buy an extra preparation module before starting your Beginners course.
• Grammar Module: An online add-on containing material from the grammar book combined with practical exercises to put your knowledge into practice immediately.
• Culture Introduction Course: A dynamic, comprehensive self-study course that sheds light on Dutch characteristics and provides valuable cultural knowledge.
